Frequently Asked Questions

Simple answers to the questions families ask most.

Who can join?

Children, teenagers and adults can join. Complete beginners, reverts, improving readers and Hifz students are all welcome.

Are lessons private?

Yes. Classes are live and one-to-one, so the tutor can listen carefully and teach at the student’s pace.

What happens in the free trial?

The tutor checks the student’s current level, listens to the goals and teaches a short sample class. Our team then helps you choose a suitable course and time.

Can I request a female tutor?

Yes. You may request a male or female tutor, depending on availability at your preferred time.

How long is each lesson?

You can choose 30, 45 or 60-minute classes. Our team confirms the class length, weekly schedule and monthly fee before enrolment.

Which platform is used?

Classes can take place through Zoom, Google Meet or another agreed video platform. You need a stable internet connection and a device with audio.

Can parents sit with a child?

Yes. Parents may stay nearby, especially for younger students, and can discuss progress with the academy.

What if we miss a lesson?

Please give at least six hours’ notice. Up to four qualifying make-up classes are available each month. Late cancellations and missed classes without notice count as completed lessons. Tutor absences are always rescheduled.

How do I cancel a monthly plan?

Send your cancellation request by email or WhatsApp at least seven days before the next billing date.

How do monthly fees work?

Choose two, three, four or five class days each week. Fixed monthly prices are shown in GBP, USD, EUR, AUD and CAD on the Pricing page.

Do you take card details for the trial?

No. The trial class is free and no card is required. Payment is discussed only if you decide to continue.
