These policies explain how Al Quran Academy Online handles website enquiries and online classes. Please contact us if anything is unclear.
Before payment
The free trial class costs nothing and does not require a card. Paid classes begin only after you agree to the course, schedule, currency and monthly fee.
Cancellation requests
Please send a cancellation request by email or WhatsApp at least seven days before the next billing date.
Missed classes
Please give at least six hours' notice for a qualifying make-up class. A maximum of four qualifying make-up classes is available each month. Late cancellations and missed classes without notice count as completed lessons.
Tutor absence and refunds
If a tutor cannot attend, we arrange another class. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible; your provider may need additional processing time.
