No payment for the trial. Monthly fees are fixed in the currency and duration you select above.
Thirty-minute lessons use the displayed base fee. Forty-five-minute lessons are priced at 1.5× and sixty-minute lessons at 2×, rounded to the nearest whole unit.

Join on time
Open the lesson link a few minutes early and check that your sound is working.
Let us know early
Please give at least six hours' notice if the student cannot attend. Up to four qualifying make-up classes are available each month.
If a tutor is absent
We will arrange another class, so the student does not lose a lesson.
Monthly cancellation
Please contact us at least seven days before the next billing date.
Late cancellations and missed classes without notice count as completed lessons. We will tell families about academy holidays in advance.
