These policies explain how Al Quran Academy Online handles website enquiries and online classes. Please contact us if anything is unclear.
Using our classes
Students, parents and tutors must communicate respectfully, join through the agreed platform and use lesson materials for personal study only.
Schedule and fees
We confirm the course, class length, weekly frequency, tutor, time, start date, monthly fee and currency before paid classes begin. No card is required for the free trial class.
Attendance and changes
Please give at least six hours' notice if a student cannot attend. Up to four qualifying make-up classes are available each month. Late cancellations and missed classes without notice count as completed lessons. Tutor absences are rescheduled.
Monthly cancellation
Please ask to cancel a monthly plan at least seven days before the next billing date.
Technology and conduct
Students need a suitable device, working sound and stable internet. Recording or sharing lessons without permission, harassment or misuse of tutor contact details may lead to classes being paused.
